OFFER PERIOD: Offer begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 20, 2026, or while supplies last, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Offer open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are 21years of age or older. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE VENMO ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN OFFER. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (“Promotion Parties”) involved in the administration of this Offer, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to participate and receive an Offer.

OFFER: The Offer will be issued as a $25 Venmo electronic payment. ARV of each Offer: $25. An active Venmo account is required to receive an Offer. Opening a Venmo account is free. If you do not already have an account, see Venmo.com or the Venmo mobile app to register for a free account. There are 400 Offers available. Once the 400 Offers are exhausted, or at 11:59:59 PM ET 2/20/26 (whichever comes first) no more Offers can be issued.

HOW TO RECEIVE AN OFFER: To receive an Offer, you must complete the following steps:

1) Go to angryorchardex-change.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions for submitting for an Ex-Change Shipping Kit. You will be required to provide your name, mailing address, email address and phone number. You will also be required to agree to the terms of the Ex-Change Shipping Kit.

2) Once you complete your submission, an Ex-Change Shipping Kit will be shipped to the address provided within 1-2 weeks. Ex-Change Shipping Kits will only be shipped to eligible participants, based on these Terms and Conditions.

3) Fill the Ex-Change Kit mailing envelope with your ex’s stuff (minimum of one (1) item that complies with the guidelines set forth below) and mail it back to us using the pre-paid mailing label attached.

4) If the item adheres to these Terms & Conditions, including our guidelines, you will receive your $25 Venmo payment within three (3) days of your envelope being received and verified.

Limit of one (1) Offer per person/email address/household.

Offer submittals that appear to duplicate any other submittals, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first submittal (based on time/date) will be considered for the Offer. Submittals generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a person, participant will be deemed the individual named on the email account provided with the submittal, and such individual must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, submittal will be void. Your submittal constitutes your representation of eligibility, consent to participate in offer and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, email address, and other information for the purpose of offer administration.

IN ADDITION TO COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE TERMS OF THE EX-CHANGE SHIPPING KIT, ALL ITEMS YOU SUBMIT MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES: Submitted item(s) must be (a) lawfully abandoned property to which no third party may have a claim as defined by the state or jurisdiction in which you live; (b) of a size, shape, weight and material that they can reasonably and easily be packaged within the Ex-Change Shipping Kit; (c) of generally nominal value, as determined by Sponsor and/or the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion; (d) items that are not dangerous, harmful, inappropriate, sexual, lewd or indecent, as determined by Sponsor and/or the Promotion Parties in their sole discretion; and (d) free from personally identifiable information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Sponsor and/or the Promotion Parties retain absolute discretion to determine whether item(s) will be accepted or rejected. If item(s) you submit are rejected, you will not receive an Offer.

All item(s), whether accepted or rejected, may be inspected, handled, photographed for promotional purposes, disposed of, destroyed or otherwise dealt with in any manner as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or the Promotion Parties. Sponsor makes no representations, warranties, promises or commitments regarding the return, retrieval, or availability of any item(s) you submit in connection with seeking this Offer.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Submittal information or late, lost, misplaced, filtered, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete or misdirected Submittals or Submittals received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the submittal process or the issuing of Offer codes; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors, which may occur in the offer or administration of the Offer or the processing of Submittals; (f) lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, or misdirected Ex-Change Shipping Kits or items contained therein; (g) any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, any item(s) submitted in connection with participating in or attempting to participate in this Offer; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to participant’s computer or the item(s) submitted, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Offer, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from any Promotion Party’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by a Promotion Party or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to a Promotion Party’s websites by a hypertext link.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Offer, participants agree (a) to release Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Offer; (b) to hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By submitting an item or accepting an Offer, submitters or recipients agree that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against, any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Offer.

GENERAL: All information submitted online by participant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.angryorchard.com/privacy-policy. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or promotion agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Offer, against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If electing to participate in the Offer using a wireless device, participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Offer.
